The project was to start a travel blog among a group of friends, whose common interests include writing, traveling on a shoestring budget, and camera toting (either for photography or posing in front of it).

But they had too much writing at work that narrating travel experiences seemed a bit too heavy for something that should just be a pleasurable pastime.

Thus came about Light Posts, a small peek into their adventures (and misadventures!) through photographs they took along the way.

Months went by and other interests drove most of them into different directions (or maybe  laziness just got in the way) but a few (ehem, one) decided that it was too good of a site to waste, so the blog lives on.

Disclaimer: Don’t be surprised to see months of inactivity for the remaining blogger often gets lost in other worlds…but really tries to make it back whenever a light post beckons.
